A Note From Our Owner
Hey there,
Choosing the right flooring company is about more than finding a product. It's about trust. Your home is where your family gathers, where memories are made, and where life happens. That's why when you work with us, it's never just about floors. It's about making your home feel even more like home.
I've always believed in treating customers the way I'd want my own family to be treated: with honest advice, quality work, and no pressure. No gimmicks. Just real conversations, dependable craftsmanship, and a team that cares about getting it right.
One of my favorite parts of this business is seeing a room completely transform and getting to know the families who trust us with their homes along the way.
When you're ready to make a change, let's talk. By the time we're finished, I hope you feel like you're calling family.
See you soon,

Five stars honestly isn't enough! Norm was honest, helpful, and made sure we chose the right flooring for our home. The crew was professional, respectful, and incredibly hardworking, completing nearly 3,000 sq. ft. in just two days. The quality and attention to detail were outstanding. Our new floors are absolutely perfect, and I completely understand why so many people recommend Baldwin Family Flooring.

Can't speak more highly of the work. They took carpet out of two rooms and refinished the whole place to match. We can't even tell where the old wood began and the new wood begins. Pictures are of right after and after moving in for a couple months. I tried to take pictures of the transitions to show how absolutely seamless they are. I don't know what else to say besides the work speaks for itself.

I cannot recommend Baldwin Family Flooring enough! Their pricing was competitive, communication was clear, and Norm was incredibly responsive. His team removed our carpet and tile and installed nearly 2,000 sq. ft. of laminate in just one day! The entire process was seamless, and the crew worked incredibly hard. We are thrilled with our new floors and the entire experience!

Norm is a business owner who treats his clients like family, going above and beyond to ensure the job is done well and on time! Norm kept me up to date on my project while I was out of town and worked through the weekend to ensure it was completed on time. I highly recommend Baldwin Flooring to anyone looking for new flooring, hardwoods, tile or carpet.
